New Season Roast Lamb Infused with Rosemary and Lemon.

I use one of my favourite herbs from the garden to marinade my lamb before roasting.


Make insisions in the lamb and stud with rosemary, massage grated lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper into the lamb and marinade for 2 hours before cooking - it’s delicious. Perfect summer roast.#greenscountrykitchen # summer #herbs # rosemary #lemons #lamb
